The Observatory Leavers Accommodation

The location of The Observatory Guesthouse is fantastic and makes it one of the best places to stay for Leavers 2023 or 2024. Only 150 meters from the lapping waves of Busselton foreshore and Geographe Bay and super close to the Busselton Jetty too. 

Each room accommodates up to two guests but Leavers’ groups can book multiple rooms side by side. Every room has a private bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a fridge. The guesthouse also has a patio for group hangs and a BBQ area to cook up a storm for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

The Observatory is a great base to explore the shops and restaurants in Busselton, chill out with friends on the beach, dive off the famous Busselton Jetty and get ready for a night out at the Leavers’ Zone in Dunsborough. 

The property is within walking distance to the free bus that takes you to the Leavers’ Zone, saving you money on taxis and ensures the safety of your squad over Leavers.
